The various recombinant COVID-19 N mutant antigens were collected from WE BALL organisms and detected by our new crown antigen detection (application plan). The detection methods and results are as follows:
The recombinant antigens of different coronal mutations were diluted to different concentrations with lysate
1ng / ml, 0.2ng/ml, 50pg / ml, 25pg / ml and 70ul samples were added. According to the color development of antigens of different N mutants, the detection of test strips was analyzed.

RESULT:
According to the comparative data of this experiment, it is found that the application scheme of our neocrown antigen detection can well detect the above mutant antigens (recombinant antigens of mainstream mutants), and the dilution can be effectively detected at 25 PG.
